Ramond holds a Master’s degree in Business Process & IT (2024), a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration (2008), and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a major in Commercial Technology (2002). His strong foundation in both business and technology has enabled him to develop a comprehensive approach to IT strategy and execution.

Throughout his career, Ramond has held leadership roles at organizations such as Pink Elephant EMEA, Quint, and Ricoh Nederland, where he led large-scale technology initiatives, optimized IT service delivery, and expanded business opportunities across multiple markets. Currently, he serves as a Managing Consultant at XLABS B.V., where he focuses on experience management and digital transformation, and as the Chief Technology Officer at Arcadia, a volunteer role dedicated to leveraging technology for humanitarian efforts.

His key areas of expertise include digital transformation, strategic IT planning, data-driven decision-making, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies. He is known for his ability to foster collaboration between IT and business teams, ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions that drive measurable value.
