Liliana Bica was born in Galați, Romania, and holds a university degree in Engineering alongside a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources. With over 23 years of experience in the field of human resources, her professional journey began as a teacher, laying the foundation for her passion for people development and organizational growth.

Liliana’s HR career started in 2001 as a Training and Recruitment Responsible at Holcim. She then advanced to National Learning and Development Manager at Pirelli, followed by Human Resources Director roles at Adient and AFV Beltrame-Donalam. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in talent development, leadership training, and organizational transformation.

She is certified as a trainer, facilitator, and vocational & personal development counselor, consistently investing in empowering individuals and teams. She has mentored young professionals across organizations, universities, and the education sector, nurturing future generations of leaders. Her professional success stems from combining pragmatism and initiative with curiosity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Liliana has contributed to academic work, co-authoring a chapter in the book "Human Resource Management. Theories in Professional Practice," developed in collaboration with a team from the University of Brașov and Romanian HR professionals.

Since 2020, she has been a mentor for “She is Mom,” an NGO community, further demonstrating her commitment to supporting and uplifting others.

On a personal level, Liliana values her roles as a mother, wife, and friend, believing that strong personal connections complement professional success. She is passionate about developing managerial and leadership capabilities and fostering employee engagement within the teams she works with.
