Sameera was born in 1992 in Sri Lanka and currently resides in Sweden. He is a Human Resources professional with over 12 years of experience, working across multinational IT/Software companies and diverse industries.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of the West of Scotland, UK, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Business at Luleå University of Technology, Sweden.

Sameera is passionate about integrating global business insights with human-centric HR strategies. Over the years, he has developed expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, and employee life cycle management, enabling him to drive positive organizational change. His approach emphasizes collaboration, team spirit, and a deep understanding of workplace dynamics.
