HR Recruitment Officer

Tsveta Milanova has lived, studied, and worked across the Middle East and Europe, gaining firsthand experience in diverse cultural environments. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resources, where her research focused on the impact of COVID-19 on Adult Third Culture Kids (ATCKs). Her academic interests continue to center around how individuals with multicultural backgrounds navigate organizational processes and integrate into different work environments.

Tsveta began her professional journey at a boutique HR consulting firm in Germany, followed by a Blue Book Traineeship at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Human Resources and Security. After completing her traineeship, she relocated to Bulgaria to work as a travel agent, further expanding her expertise in international environments.

Passionate about fostering inclusivity, she has been actively involved in initiatives aimed at creating safe spaces for international and local students to connect, advocating for their integration into local communities. A lifelong writer, she has explored various literary forms, with some of her work receiving recognition and awards.

Currently, Tsveta is focused on advancing her Dutch and French language skills, continuing to expand her multicultural and professional horizons.
